Odell Rupture on draft – Beer of the Week

Odell Rupture BOTW

Odell Rupture on draft is RBar’s Beer of the Week!

Odell Rupture is back at RBar this week, only this time it’s on draft! Odell Rupture in a stubby is delicious, but Odell Rupture on draft will blow you away!

Rupture was born out of our obsession with getting the most out of each and every hop. In fact, we built a machine in our brewery to incorporate a unique fresh grind process. By grinding the whole hop we “rupture” the lupulin inside – releasing the oils that give the beer its flavor. And what we grind that day we use that day. Leaving you a beer that’s fresh, aromatic, with a bright hoppy character.

“Bright gold body; plenty of small, gently rising carbonation bubbles; thick, soapy, lasting head; sticky; globs of foam about the glass. An exceptional swirl of pine and citrus notes in the aroma; pineapple, grapefruit, and orange. Light malt grain base supporting a bread crust, fruity, and bitter assortment of flavors; juicy. Heavy bodied with a biting crispness; bright quality on the palate, emphasizing the blend of citrus tones and dry hop bitterness.

One of the most hop forward beers I’ve had in a long, long time that both rips your palate with bitterness while simultaneously delivery a very pleasant citrus fruitiness to the taste buds. Big, complex, and well-balanced.”

“HOPS! Sweet, fruity, exotic, floral. Smells refreshing and crisp.”

“I cannot rate this beer highly enough. I am generally not a fan of very hoppy beers. I am a malt lover. However, having the hops ground so fresh into the brew changes everything. I have nothing negative to say. Buy more than one pack if you see it because it’s often hard to find more.”
